Per 1 cup of pecans:

Preheat oven to 350° F
Combine butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup in a sauce pan, bring to a bubbling simmer
Add pecans to sauce pan and stir to coat evenly
Spread out as a single layer on a parchment lined sheet pan and bake for 8 to 10 minutes
Optionally sprinkle with salt just after removing from the oven
