A solid recipe for spicy roasted nuts. The original recipe calls for Franks, but I've only actually made this with whatever Mexicans style hot sauce I have on hand.

2 cups raw nuts
Macadamia, pecans, walnuts
3 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp salt, or to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne, or to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, tossing to coat well. Spread out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 8 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the nuts are just beginning to brown. Remove and let cool completely.
