Butter Chicken Curry
This recipe is just for the curry component, add about 1 pound of chicken for a good sauce to meat ratio.

Saute the onions in the cooking fat for 8-10 minutes, until soft and browned.
Add the garlic, pepper, and ginger. Cook until aromatic, about 1 minute.
Add the spices and toast briefly until aromatic, about 30 seconds.
Finally add the tomato sauce, heavy cream and butter, cook at low temperature until flavors have combined and the sauce has thickened slightly, about 10 minutes.
Add chicken and serve.
