Cheesy Baked Asparagus
This is a simple to execute, tasty way to prepare asparagus, and keto.

1 lb asparagus
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp italian seasoning, divided
Salt
Black pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup ruyère cheese, shredded

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil (greased) or parchment paper.
Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a teaspoon of italian seasoning. Arrange in a single layer on the lined baking sheet.
Roast in the oven for about 8 minutes, until the asparagus is bright green and just starting to soften.
Mix together the cheese and remaining italian seasons then sprinkle over the asparagus.
Return to the oven for another 8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
Optional: Finish under the broiler for a couple of minutes, to brown the cheese
