Garlic Dijon Brussels Sprouts
This has become my go-to for quick Brussels sprouts that doesn't require roasting. I've also scaled this down to a single serving, since it cooks fast and is best fresh.

Directions |
1 cloves of garlic, minced
2 green onion whites, sliced thin
4 oz Brussels sprouts
1-2 tbsp roasted garlic butter
2 tsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
2 green onion greens, sliced

Saute the garlic and green onion whites until soft
Add the Brussels sprouts and cook until slightly browned and tender
Add the roasted garlic butter, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper stir to combine and turn off the heat when melted
Finish with the onino greens
