Grilled Chicken with Habanero and Orange Glaze
This sweet and spicy makes chicken thighs insanely good. Unlike the source recipe I don't “infuse” the habanero into the glaze but just toss them in and continue to use them in the glaze while grilling.

For 2 chicken pieces:

Add the orange juice, habanero peppers, honey, salt, and pepper to a small sauce pan until it is about to start caramelizing. The glaze should be thick enough to readilly stick to grilled meat.
Grill the chicken over medium heat brushing the glaze 3-4 times throughout

Great served with rice and and an IPA.
