Keto Mug Bread
Simple, quick microwavable bread for a sandwich or snack.

Directions |
Mix ingredients (scale with these ratios):
96 g almond flour
21 g golden flax meal
14 g psyllium husk
1 tsp baking powder
Prepared single serving:
28g (1/4 cup) of the mix
14g (1 tbsp) butter
1 egg
salt to taste

In a small bowl/ramekin, melt the butter.
Add the mix, egg, and salt, combine with a fork.
Microwave for 70-80 seconds, until the center is set, but still soft.
