Keto Mug Bread

Simple, quick microwavable bread for a sandwich or snack.

Ingredients Directions
Mix ingredients (scale with these ratios):

  • 96 g almond flour
  • 21 g golden flax meal
  • 14 g psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Prepared single serving:

  • 28g (1/4 cup) of the mix
  • 14g (1 tbsp) butter
  • 1 egg
  • salt to taste

  1. In a small bowl/ramekin, melt the butter.
  2. Add the mix, egg, and salt, combine with a fork.
  3. Microwave for 70-80 seconds, until the center is set, but still soft.
