Mayo-based Spinach & Artichoke Dip
This isn't a bad variation - and a bit less caloric than the bacon/cheese filled version.

1/2 cup (1/2 oz, 14 g) baby spinach, chopped
2 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 oz sundried tomatoes, chopped (optional)
1 tbsp (1/2 oz, 14 g) mayonnaise
Garlic powder, to taste
Cayenne powder, to taste (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Chop the spinach, artichoke hearts, and (optional) sundried tomatoes into small bite-sized pieces.
In saucepan over medium heat, add all ingredients and combine.
Cook until everything is warm and the spinach is wilting.
Serve with some crunchy things.
