Mayo-based Spinach & Artichoke Dip

This isn't a bad variation - and a bit less caloric than the bacon/cheese filled version.

Ingredients Directions

  • 1/2 cup (1/2 oz, 14 g) baby spinach, chopped
  • 2 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 oz sundried tomatoes, chopped (optional)

  • 1 tbsp (1/2 oz, 14 g) mayonnaise
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Cayenne powder, to taste (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Chop the spinach, artichoke hearts, and (optional) sundried tomatoes into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. In saucepan over medium heat, add all ingredients and combine.
  3. Cook until everything is warm and the spinach is wilting.
  4. Serve with some crunchy things.
