Memphis Meat Dust (Rub)

My go to BBQ rub for pork, chicken, etc. Note this recipe does not have salt! Salt the meat as desired in addition to this rub.

Ingredients

Directions

3/4 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup garlic powder
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp ginger powder
2 tbsp onion power
2 tsp rosemary powder

Rub on meat and then smoke it.
