Moroccan-spiced Roasted Carrots
Simple, tasty side dish of carrots.

Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix carrots in a bowl with the oil and spices.
Arrange carrots on the baking sheet in a single layer
Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly browned. Serve hot as is, or with tahini, Za’atar, or zesty dill yogurt sauce.

Notes
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Not freezer friendly. Reheat in a 350 F (176 C) oven, in the microwave, or on the stovetop over medium heat until hot.
