Pickled Jalapenos

Simple pickled Jalapenos, easy to make and way cheaper than buying at the store. I've used after weeks in the refrigerator.

Ingredients Directions

  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 3/4 cup of white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 10 fresh jalapenos, sliced

  1. Combine water, vinegar, sugar, kosher salt, garlic, and oregano in a saucepan over high heat.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil, stir in jalapeno peppers, cook for a couple of minutes and remove from heat.
  3. Let mixture cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour peppers into a jar or Pyrex style covered container. Refrigerate until needed.
