Roasted Habanero Salsa

A quick salsa that lets me use frozen roasted habaneros and canned tomatoes.

Ingredients Directions

  • 1 can (15 oz) of diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2-4 Habaneros roasted, top part removed
  • 1/2 medium-small yellow onion, chopped
  • 3-4 tbsp cilantro
  • 2-3 tsp cumin (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Pinch of black pepper

  1. Add ingredients to a food processor, pulse until combined and the salsa reaches your desired consistency.
  2. Store covered in a refrigerator.
