Roasted Habanero Salsa
A quick salsa that lets me use frozen roasted habaneros and canned tomatoes.

Directions |
1 can (15 oz) of diced tomatoes, drained
2-4 Habaneros roasted, top part removed
1/2 medium-small yellow onion, chopped
3-4 tbsp cilantro
2-3 tsp cumin (optional)
1 tsp salt
Juice of 1/2 lime
Pinch of black pepper

Add ingredients to a food processor, pulse until combined and the salsa reaches your desired consistency.
Store covered in a refrigerator.
