Tartare Sauce

A standard tartare sauce, it does the job of saucing.

Ingredients Directions

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 medium dill pickle, chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp dill weed, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp capers, chopped fine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Store in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
